Aaron Cole is a senior pastor and leadership consultant located in Southeast Wisconsin. As the Senior Pastor of Life Church since 2002, he has helped grow the church into a thriving multi-site reaching thousands in metro Milwaukee.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from Oral Roberts University as well as a a Doctorate in Global Leadership from George Fox University. Aaron is passionate about seeing lives changed through dynamic leadership, he travels and speaks in hopes of helping organizations develop strategic leadership. He currently serves on the board for several national and international organizations including serving as Chairman of the Board for Convoy of Hope.
